Returns & Refund

 Our aim is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return process easy for you. We have a 30-day return policy in place, which means you can request a return within 30 days of ordering your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the order number.

If you return an item that is not in its original condition, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, if an item has already been used or damaged, we may refuse the returned item. Please note that we also charge a 20% restocking fee for items returned due to failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or refusal to pick up the item from the post office.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. In addition, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, DIY supplies, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns for beauty products and all personal care items. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us. Kindly note that all sale items are final, and we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.

To better cater to our esteemed customers, starting from November 16, 2023, we will be providing only free returns for exchange on all orders over $100, within Canada only. You will be entitled to one free return label for each order. Please utilize the return label that we provide, making sure not to exceed the weight limit mentioned to avoid any additional fee. Ensure that you return the package within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you have returned some items from an order, but there are still more items that you need to return, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. Please keep in mind that if you are returning an item for exchange, there will be a charge of $12 for shipping costs. This amount will either be deducted from your refund or you will need to pay it separately. 


We will send you a notification once we have received and inspected your return. Then, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 3 business days on your original payment method. However, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All refunds would be less your bank processing fee (3.5%)
